Learning more about movement

To understand better what is correct movement, what it means to sit correctly and even how to stand up and sit down we teamed up with Yael Chibulski- a wonderful dancer and Feldenkrias teacher/therapist. The Feldenkrais method is claimed to reorganize connections between the brain and body and so improves body movement and psychological state. We've had some wonderful insights and can now more confidently attempt to design Sadie's gestures.
